With a PhD in Immunology and an Executive MBA, Catherine has led large teams (R&D, BUs) in renowned European private and public research institutes for over 25 years. Her exceptional career took her from Sanofi to Bio-Rad, Genfit, and then to a CEO position at IBBL in Luxembourg, where she played a key role in establishing personalized medicine and an European visibility of the BioBank. Today, she puts her public-private expertise at the service of start-ups, institutes, and foundations to advance healthcare innovation.
